The qualification reflects the breadth of senior management responsibility. Units depend on the qualification structure and your role, but typical themes include:

CSCS Manager card requirements can accept relevant Construction Management or Technical NVQs or SVQs at Level 4, 5, 6 or 7. CSCS lists the Level 7 Construction Senior Management qualification for these occupations:
Applicants must also meet the current CSCS requirements, including the CITB Managers and Professionals Health, Safety and Environment test. Completing the NVQ does not automatically award a card.
